How do I place an order?
You can place an order and shop online 24/7 .
Please note, credit card orders can only be placed online.In creating an order you must provide all the required information for the order to be valid and processed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We hand create every product fresh, so we require up to 1-2 weeks of production time on single item and small orders and then we ship the item out.Usually single products are shipped in 5-7 days. We do not offer rush orders at this time. All orders are packaged in boxes and wrapped with care.
What kinds of materials do you use?
We use only the highest top quality vegan, clean and natural ingredients for our products.
Do you offer a return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our apothecary products being handmade , we do not offer refunds or exchanges.If a products is damaged at delivery please contact us by email.
What are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are a flat rate of $9.95 on any order.Items are shipped regular USPS mail.WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50.
What is the sales tax charged?
Georgia sales tax is 6%.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We usually use USPS regular mail or due to weight priority mail.After your order is sent, we will email you to advise you your order has been mailed as a courtesy to our customers with a tracking number.We are not responsible for items lost or left outside in hot or extreme cold weather.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not start any orders until payment has fully cleared.
Do you have a physical store?
No, currently we only have our products featured on our online shop at this time and in some United Sates shops and local boutiques.Our brand is growing.
